Application Labs

We have our own 3 labs for immunoassays, cell culture and PCR to help train our application team and support for our customers.

Application Labs

The labs are equipped amongst others with CO2 incubators, Tecan M2 multimode reader, Dynex 2-plate automated ELISA processors, Biorad Thermal Cycler, electrophoresis equipment, ABI sequencer. We also have a new 8000 sq ft facility set up for manufacturing of our products and for training new application specialists.

Our Cloud ERP System

We use a custom-built cloud-based ERP system to ensure we can offer over a million SKUs with different shipping conditions, differential customs duty, and purchase orders to offer a price advantage and individual documentation and tracking updates of all our orders.

We are constantly striving to ensure we use the latest IT solutions to offer unparalleled services to our customers.

Manpower

With over 120 employees including scientists, sales and admin, our biggest asset is our team.

With average industry experience of over 5-7 years, they are well versed and trained to ensure a seamless sales generation and closure with technical support.

Legal Compliances

Being amongst the leading company and vendor to major institutes and companies, we ensure all our permits, licences are updated.

Being a leading importer of reagents and kits, we enjoy an AEO status – Authorized Economic Operator. Amongst the only 1,000 plus certified companies till date (Aug 2018).
